So tonight was a big night and all, I'm totally down with that, but I have to confess that what I saw of The Speech was when I was up at the bar ordering another round of $4.50 Mai Tais. And that a full 3 sets of Tongo Hiti -- moving from the nearly straight forward tiki set on into the metal set, and Pinball Wizard sung to the tune of Folsom Prison Blues, and My Heart Will Go On, and Purple Rain, and and and...

OK we've had a good start to our weekend even though we're a bit out of touch with the actual world. (but hey we caught The Daily Show, maybe that's all the news we need.)
