We're introduced to Ziva's boyfriend Ray from Florida. Who, sadly, is not Ray Vecchio, retired to Florida.

I can't remember who was harboring this glorious fantasy, but I thank them forever more for putting it in my head.

I will try to learn to love CIA-Ray, though. As long as he doesn't go bad or something.
